Tunisia Takes a New Step in the Digitalization of Financial Services with the Launch of Tunicheque.tn, an Online Platform Dedicated to Check Verification.

A Platform to Secure Transactions:

This platform enables immediate verification of funds availability in the check writer's account. If funds are available, the check amount is immediately allocated to the beneficiary until it is presented for payment, within a maximum of eight business days from the expiration date specified on the check.

Available and accessible, Tunicheque.tn allows users to create their accounts in anticipation of the full activation of services on February 2, 2025. This date will mark the official launch of this national electronic platform, supervised by the Central Bank of Tunisia (BCT).
