It is an inclusive legislative framework dedicated to about 1.4 million informal workers, 40% of whom work on their account. It is a simplified and liberal regime aimed at encouraging individual entrepreneurs to launch their lucrative businesses legally, taking advantage of administrative procedures and simplified tax and social procedures.
